At these centers, he specialised in applying cutting-edge scientific research to strengthen leadership, resilience, and performance within military personnel. He was instrumental in designing and leading comprehensive training programs that focus on both physical and mental resilience for recruits, enabling them to thrive in demanding environments. Tom has coached hundreds of high-performing individuals, including fast jet pilots, elite special forces, world-class athletes, senior leaders, and other top performers who require exceptional mental and physical capability.
